tasted good, but i thought just putting the egg in the ramen gave it a weird, curded texture, (O_o) so i created
EGGDROP RAMEN! (it's not quite as simple, but it's still easy)
it goes something like this...
1 package chicken ramen
2 cups of boiling water
1 egg
sesame oil (optional)
ginger (if you like)
bring your water to a rolling boil.
add your noodles, cook for 3 minutes.
remove noodles from soup.
add seasoning packet, as well as the sesame oil and ginger if you feel extra oriental.
beat egg in a separate bowl.
once the broth is back to a rolling boil, use a fork to scoop up egg and drop it into the water. take your time =)
add your noodles and eat it ^_^
